Power Email
Verifier 4.2
Power Email Verifier can verify
50,000 email addresses per hour. It can easily handle large address files
with no problem. Just select the email address file that you want to
verify and click the start button and Power Email Verifier takes care of the
rest.
Program comes pre-configured. Just load
your list and go!
How does it work?
-
It simulates sending an email
to the email address to be verified. It closes the connection to
the mail server as soon as it can be verified that the email address is
valid. No email messages are actually delivered.
-
It works fast by utilizing
multithreading. The software can be configured to use up to 100
simultaneous connections.
The following text
email address files are supported:
-
One email address per
line.
Example:
hi@nowhere.com
someone@somewhere.com
nada@cox.net

CSV files:
Csv files are exported windows
address book files. If you want to verify the email addresses in your
windows address book you can export the address book and load it into Power
Email Verifier.
Make sure when loading email
address files you select Comma Separated Values as the file type if you are
using a csv file.
-
Delimited:
Fields separated by a delimiting character
Example: Comma Delimited
Smith,John,hi@nowhere.com,145 Lake
Street,Omaha,NE
Appleton,Susan,someone@somwhere.com,78 Murdock St,Omaha,NE
Hetfield,James,nada@cox.net,43 Fork St,San Fransisco, CA
Record Delimiters:
The software allows you to load an exported database
file or a delimited text file. The options are tab, semicolon, and
comma. You may also enter a custom delimiter if yours isn't listed.
Make sure if the 'First row in file
contains field names' you check the checkbox. If you select this the
field names will appear at the top of the saved verified emails file.
Note About Text Qualifiers:
Some email address files may contain text qualifiers
such as " or ' on each fieldname. You may check the uses text qualifier checkbox if this applies to you. The
most common type of text qualifer is the " , but you can enter
whichever text qualifier is being used in the address file. Power Email
Verifier won't be able to load the file unless the correct text qualifier is
used.
Note: This option is only used
with the One Address Per Line and Delimited file types.
Here's an example:
"Mr Edward","ed@ed.com","23
Hill Street",888
This uses a " text qualifier.
